Are you sure you want to open it? Toner is potentially carcinogenous which means it contains substances which can cause cancer. Although the risk may be minimal on short term exposure, it is worth any risk at all?

If you want to save money by refilling toner cartridges, go to a shop where they do it for it and let them risk their health if they're stupid enough.
