Question Can hear startup sound but no display(Help)

Msi gtx 1080 8gb
Cosair 650w psu
Z170-p motherboard
2x4gb Cosair vengeance lpx 2400mghz --> 2x18gb Cosair vengeance lpx 2400mghz
250gb samsung evo ssd(os installed)
1tb seagate hard drive
Windows 10
Kraken x31 cooler
Nzxt white case

Hi guys im hoping someone can help figure this out, here's a brief description tiowhat led to the problem.

• opened case n cleaned with compressed air
• removed old ram n installed new ram
• had a bit hiccup which was fixed just by turning on and off
• everything worked tested the comp for a few hours put to sleep then went to bed
• when waking the computer got bsod error failed to write to read-only
• on restart computer get overclocking failed error(not overclocking)
• When I'm not getting that error I'm getting a boot loop or the startup audio but no display
• I have access to the bios it happens after leaving the bios

List of things I've tried so far

• reinserted old ram
• only insert 1 ram
• Reset cmos by shorting with screwdriver as stated in manual
• other monitors and ports

Most common error atm is the audio but no display on startup

P.s. booting In safe mode has the same issue startup sound no display
