It's kind of a hit or miss. Are you on UEFI BIOS? What is the make and model of your PSU? Age of the PUS? Perhaps you can work with it. What is your current GPU?

Thank you for your reply... I heard gtx1650 doesnt use external power source from smps ??? Anyway... I am using 5 year old live tech 480 w smps... And i am on BIOS... Not URFI Bios... ???
