Can I change the CPU in the dell inspiron i3847?

I was looking to upgrade to an i5-4440 and I noticed the CPU fan looked different than other fans i have seen. will I be able to upgrade?

What CPU do you have currently? Everything I'm seeing lists that model with a 4440 or better already.

i3-4150..I upgraded the GPU and Power supply to an antec VP-450 and the GPU is an R7 250X (7770)

I dont know your experience with components, but no problem to change the CPU, just make sure that the new CPU have the same SOCKET as the old CPU have. If the socket is the same, then youre good to go.
