Is it possible to install windows 10 on a custom computer and only windows 10 on it. Will i be able to take the hard drive and put it into another custom computer that was just made, will it work?

Generally, no.
1. It may or may not boot. Win 10 is more forgiving of new hardware, but no guarantee.
2. Licensing. Unless it is an acctual Retail license, it is tied to that original motherboard.

Just install the OS in the system where it will live.
