can I directly access files from a broken ipad ssd?

I have an old iPad 1 I broke some years ago but wasn't worth the cost of repair (the screen cracked and the button stopped working). There are a few photos on it I'd like to get, so my question is if I pull out the SSD, does it have standard connections so I could put it in an external enclosure and if so is the file format standard enough that I would be able to read the files on it with my PC (or I could dig out my old MacMini)...I never password protected it or used any encryption.

Finally found a tear down of the original iPad it seems the SSD is soldered in so no easy way to access it.
