Can I find out my FR's for DF2?

Is it possible to find out what my frame rates are when playing delta force 2 online? was thinking of upgrading my video card but would like to know what my fr's are first to see if an upgrade is really necessary. thanks

do a google search for fraps17a.exe if yo8u can't find it pm me with an email address and I'll send it to you ( it's only 50k)
