Question Can I fix-split the screen?

For multi-tasking purpose, I know I can split the screen by dragging a window to the corner.

But I just want to completely force and fix the screen division so that I don't need to drag it everytime I want to do multitasking. I want to force multitasking.

So every window will appear on either left or right half of the screen by default.

Can I do this? Or is there a program that makes it possible to do this? Or, is it possible to make such a program?

Buy another monitor and use both, the program will open on the screen you closed it from.

I can't fix screensplit by default? I want to make screensplit happen so naturally and seemlessly

And by "program" I meant a program that makes this split-screen default, and I was asking if I could hire a programmer to make such a Windows tool. I didn't mean a regular program that I use like Adobe, browser, telegram, Zoom etc.
