Question can i mix different DRAM memory speeds?

Hi
I have 3 DRAM sticks, two of them run @ 3000MHz C15 (dual-channel config) and one runs @ 2400MHz C15. So now maximum speed my memories can reach is 2400? should I replace 2400MHz one with 3000MHz sticks to accelerate speed?

and what happens if I use sticks with same speed but different clock?

you're running at 2400 because the bios determined that was the lowest common setting based on SPD. you might do better setting it manually - also buying 1 3000Mhz stick may help but because you're running a odd number you don't benefit from dual channel
