As far as I know, there are no PS3 emulators currently capable of running games. As for if your rig can run it, I would wager that you can't, due to how much power an emulator would require. Keep in mind - it'll be running on top of your OS and any programs that might be running.

If you could find an emulator that works (none I've heard of), then you might possibly be able to run it, but it would not be very well. This game is not a PS3 exclusive title, so you would have better luck obtaining it for the PC.

There is no PS3 emulator that does anything more then booting the BIOS. Come back in about a decade or two.

Since the game is coming to PC's later on this year, why not just wait for it?
