Nope the CPU and GPU is too low i am not even sure you can play it on low settings

6th gen i3 will be fine. Ran GTA V just fine on an i3 6100. Ram is ok. Problem is the gpu is extremly weak. GTA V will run but not well at all, the bechmarks that i could find show it performing slower than your cpus igpu.

I think u will be able to play ur CPU is fine as well as ur Ram and the GPU I ran GTAV on a GT610 its the worst GPU ever . you will be able to play but u will not be able to enjoy the game because ur GPU will be bottlenecking ur PSU.
Advice :- Change ur GPU that's it . I'll say go for a 750ti and if u have more budget go for 1050 its great I use it I know . U can play all AAA titles without even thinking will it run in ur rig.

the problem is that this is a laptop and i use it like a pc with HDMI and gamepad so, is there an way to connect a external gpu with it

Well No even if you upgrade your GPU still the CPU will bottleneck it and its a laptop so it will run on low FPS as campared to computer hardware .
your best bet is run the game try for yourself

i can play GTA V in my system on Med-High but the watch dogs 2 lags like hell
but again you can try in low settings
GTA V is much better then the watch dogs 2
