I'm building a PC for the first time in my life. I've got DEEPCOOL SMARTER case and B450M Pro4-F motherboard. The motherboard has USB 3.2 Gen1 header and the case has USB3.0 cabel. My question is: Can I plug the usb cabel to the motherbaords's usb header? Are they compatible? Here are the pictures of the case's USB cable:

and this is the usb header:

Solution
Yes.
USB 3.0 is not an official name for a USB connector, it just means it has the 5 extra connectors on each port. Plugging it into the header will make it run at the USB 3.1 Gen 1 speeds (5 Gbps), which is what USB 3.0 was initially.
USB is all intercompatible if the connectors fit, they will just run at the max speeds that each can provide. So USB 2.0 device in 3.1 Gen 1 port = 480 Mbps speed.
3.2 Gen 1 device in 2.0 port = 480 Mbps speed.
3.2 Gen 1 device in 3.2 Gen 1 port = 10 Gbps speed.
