Question Can I replace this broken hinge for my laptop key?

I accidentally broke my laptop key (HP Omen 15) while cleaning it, it wouldnt fix on the socket so I assume it is broken. Took it to local tech support and they said that my keyboard needs to be changed from the inside completely? The metal "hooks" of the keyboard look fine and not damaged. Can I order a hinge online and replace it myself or is it not fixable?
