Question Can I run 1.5v ram on a 1.35v board?

So I've seen people ask if you can run a 1.35 v on a 1.5v but not the other way around. I'm also unsure what voltage my computer is but this is what I found using HWiNFO.

My CPU is a AMD FX-6300. If you need any more info let me know. Also this is the ram I'm trying to install.

I believe the voltages on RAM specs is if you want to run it at its fastest potential.

If your Bios memory settings are in auto it should automatically set the voltage for 1.5v for the new memory. I have a 2013 Toshiba laptop that came from the factory with a 2GB stick of memory rate 1.35volts and a 4GB stick rated at 1.5volts and they worked fine , I have upgraded it to 16GB memory at 1.5Volts. Try your new memory by itself first to make sure it boots!
Some older DDR3 boards required low density DDR3 and that is not being made much anymore.
