Gpu: nvidia geforce gtx 750ti 2gb ddr5

i have to buy assassins creed syndicate....

i want to play assassins creed syndicate on my pc ...can my pc run this game.. minimum raquirements is i5 processor but i have i3

what will be fps if games run ?

You would get about 30fps average with low/medium/high settings (so you will need to find best combination of settings), in 1080p. With lower resolution you can get only more frames since your gpu will get more space.

You can only get higher. In that res I would assume 45 average. 1920x1080 is 3000 pixels while 1366x768 just over 2150pixels so you get performance boost. Noone can predict accurate 🙁
