Question Can I run borderlands 3?

These are my pc specs -
Processor - AMD Athlon(tm) II X3 435 Processor 2.90 GHz
Installed RAM - 8.00 GB
System type - 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Graphics card - Nvidia GeForce GT 710 (2 GB graphics ram)
Operating system - Windows 11


Can I run borderlands 3 if I lower down the settings to the ABSOLUTE lowest like config file and priority registering and everything and ingame too?
the only thing being that I don't want to lower the resolution to less than 75% as that makes the game look really really bad I can turn anything else down tho like literally anything EXCEPT for the resolution less than 75%.

To put it into perspective your CPU is about 1/2 as fast as the games min and your video card was made for watching YouTube or something nothing close to a gaming card.

If you somehow get it to work, which I doubt, it's going to involve the absolute minimum resolution.

Welp, I was able to run it on about 50 fps average on the lowest configs with 75% resolution by just editing the config file and setting the game to run on high priority idk how it even ran it but everything is at its absolute minimum except for the resolution, if you want to know how i ran it then I can explain the optimizations in detail, thanks for the replies anyways

Also, should I set the priority to real-time? for more fps as I don't run anything else in background and the only thing I got installed on this pc is borderlands 2, 3 and epic games launcher and steam and google chrome so I don't really use anything.
