CPU - Intel Core i5-7200U @2.50 GHz
RAM - 8GB

From my son's experience, on 2560x1080, you can maybe expect 20-ish FPS on CS:GO with the Intel HD graphics. He's using a desktop i5-6400

It'll run, but don't expect a smooth experience. NOT sure if the laptop version is equal or lesser than the desktop version, though.
