The 7850 is literally (or rather comparable to) the PS4.
I would sell your 7700 and get a 7970 or better yet, a R9 280x. If your budget is a little bigger, then you can pick up a R9 290 for $399.
I wouldn't do that till the end of the month when the non-reference coolers come out, though...
i dont no but i think yes you can run it on max settings but if you see the game a bit lagging turn off the anti alisiang then you can play it very well without lagg on max res

It wont run on max settings with your current gpu, it surly will demand 2 gb of vram, if you want to run it on max get the hd 7850 or 7870, your ram and cpu are really good tho so dont worry about that.
