Can I still use my computer ?

Hello everyone,

Listen, my computer has 4 fans including the one from the power supply, but recently I noticed that this fan wasn't working. I checked the other 3 and they were ok. So my question is:

Can I still use my computer when the fan from the power supply isn't working ?

i would not recommend it although i suppose you could use it for light use like internet browsing because psu's don’t really get hot. If i were you i would buy a new psu I’m sure the people on here could help you choose a good one for your price range.

If you are saying your PSU fan isn't always on, you may have one that cycles the fans as necessary. What PSU is it?
