Question Can I stream with this gear

I have a

CPU: i9-9900k 4,8 ghz
GPU: 1060 6gb
ram 3000mhz 16gb
Cooler: Corsair h100i platinum

What for setting should I have on OBS to stream with good quality stream.
Do I need to stream with nvenc or x264 I stream multipull games like csgo black ops 4 ect

Without issue, you can test on twitch with private key and you will only see for yourself how the stream looks like.

Go for C264 first and you can assign cores to use in obs advanced setting at bottom.
