Can I trust G2A?

I have never bought a game from G2A before and I would like to know if it safe and I can trust it, Right now borderland 2 GOTY is on sale for 12.79 here the link https://www.g2a.com/borderlands-2-goty-steam-cd-key-global.html and I was thinking about buying it for my sister.

Look , at the site here people don't tend to trust G2A because of their fishy deals however Borderlands 2 GOTY for 12 bucks isn't fishy as the game was selling on steam for 10 bucks at a point ( GOTY Edition too ) you should be fine .

However be wary of potential scams.

No you cannot.

G2A is a grey-market reseller. They purchase (or broker) products from foreign markets where the retail price is lower. Many of the products purchased will be in the form of just a CD key and this CD key may only entitle the purchaser to a foreign copy of the game which may include localization such as foreign languages, censorship, and different art assets.

Furthermore, any Windows licences purchased from G2A are not legitimate.
