[SOLVED] Can I update my graphic card ?

I am currently use 2 GB ram base Intel g31/33 family cheapset computer .Can i Change the graphic card or whats the g31/33 s alternative can you suggest?and Could I change the motherboard ?Its ddr2 type.

What's the goal for this PC? You haven't told us much about it -- just knowing the RAM and the basic chipset is not sufficient -- but the practical upgrades for a budget PC from 2007 or so are going to be very few.

Are you using a PC or a laptop? sorry for asking i'm just unsure because if you want to upgrade graphics card on a laptop im not sure if you can upgrade laptop graphics especially ddr2....If its a computer(Desktop) surely you can upgrade your graphics...if your motherboard is ddr2 i would suggest to upgrade your graphics here about 2GB graphics cards....the nvidia geforce gt 730 will be better on the ddr2 motherboards..
If you upgrade motherboards you can go to higher graphics cards

yep it works just fine....game runs good on it as well!! Im impressed with the gt730 it can play the newest games as well...most of them

Would go the gt1030 route in my opinion, it is indeed still a very great card in 2020

Graphic designing

Any system with DDR2 will be slow. I would spend the money on replacing it before buying a video card. $200 or even less gets you a used tower Core i5 system with 8 gb of RAM, another $40 should get you an nVidia 750 or 750 Ti card. Spending money to put a video card in a DDR2 based system with 2gb of RAM is a bad idea. Graphic Designing is a generic term, but in general you want good rendering speeds as well as some video card speed to show the graphics smoothly in the program. Just a video card won't make the system much faster. In addition to that, I don't think any newer video card will work in a DDR2 based system, the motherboard and BIOS would have issues detecting them.

You are wasting your time and money trying to upgrade such an old computer. You can get a used computer for pretty cheap and it would still be a million times better than the computer you have now.

DDR4 Motherboards are most likely cheaper and a good performing motherboards same with the RAM speed it can runs!!Graphics cards as well GTX DDR4 Graphics card a cheap there's days and they are awesome!! BUT Cpu's are expensive as hell...

Yes either build a new computer or buy a more modern used one, which ever is more affordable for you. Either way both will be a million times better than what you have now.
