Can I upgrade my laptop graphics card

I have a Sony Vaio PCG 71318L, is there anything I can do to upgrade my graphics/video card in order to play Diablo 3?

Sorry, 99% of laptops cant be upgraded (apart from ram and hard drive) with yours being one of them. Either its because its integrated into the processor or just soldered onto the motherboard.

Darn. I see external video cards are on the market. Is that an option?

I wouldnt recommend it, too much a hassle. If you want to take a look at it have a read at this. Bear in mind you'll need a ExpressCard slot, a spare stable PSU, a PCI-e adapter and a graphics card.
For that it's just better to get a new $600-$800 dollar build.

EDIT: Also external video cards wont necessarily be supported by any game.
