[SOLVED] Can i upgrade to the latest BIOS on ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING even though I have 2700x

i have the ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING with bios version 3103, I want to update my bios for resizable bar support but that adds support for ryzen 5000, will my Ryzen 7 2700x still be supported if i was to update to the latest bios?
I've seen people saying their cpu still works and it is ryzen 2000 but 2000 support was meant to be dropped.

I don't see any disclaimer for that series of processor using later BIOSs.

What's your concern the update will cause your 2700x to stop working?
