Can i use a revolver s dongle with the hyperx cloud alpha to enable sidetone AND surround sound?

Is it possible for me to use the revolver s dongle with the hyperx cloud alphas.

I want to be able to use the 7.1 surround sound from the dongle along with its sidetone feature

also a side question whats the difference between the cloud II dongle vs the revolver s dongle?

If what you're trying to accomplish is taking USB audio from the PC and adapting it to 3.5mm to the headset. It should work fine. Just keep in mind that the dongle will have been calibrated for the headset it came with so it might not sound quiet right but you should get your surround sound regardless.

thank you, would it give the cloud alpha the side tone feature as well??

It should have side tone since that's handled with software and the USB DAC.
