I have a system running on Intel Core 2 Quad CPU, and it's motherboard is acer oem motherboard (I think it's msi oem motherboard bc it's saying Micro-Star)......and Ik the motherboard can support up to 6GB ram ddr2, So I found some cheap unbranded DDR2 4GBx1 ram....but it saying it's only support amd cpu....sooo does it will fit in my q6600?

Solution
It says AMD only because it's likely high density ram, It worked on the AMD platforms of the era but is not supported on the intel platforms, why they advertise it as AMD only.
Micro Star is MSI, a very common brand. Doesn't mean it isn't OEM, just that is who made it. Foxconn and ASUS also make a lot of OEM boards for companies like Dell, HP, etc.

Hard to say without the exact motherboard in question.

6GB is odd, I would think 8GB. 4x2GB is the usual maximum for DDR2 boards.

Unless it is implicitly 2x1GB single sided and 2x2GB double sided or some other limited combination.

I would say if you can afford it, might be time to look for a cheap refurbished Intel 3rd generation desktop rather than spending money on a Q6600

there 2 ddr2 slots, it Acer Aspire M1641....a website said that It can support 6gb memory....
No. Max supported on that system is 4Gb via 2 2Gb dimms.

A max of 6Gb makes no sense on a desktop.

This is correct. Someone only asked if 6GB was possible and the answer was the same--4GB max:

Now, since you cannot increase the ram any more than 4GB, you should make sure you have an ssd for boot and may want to consider upgrading the cpu since in theory it should accept even the fastest lga775 processor, the q9650:

I used eBay international to gauge the prices because I know that sellers all over the world also do so.

Of course you could sometime find a great deal locally, that happens too.
The problem is those results are skewed by all the fakes that are mixed in with the real ones. The only thing that matters is what genuine cpu someone can get their hands on--the price and value is up to them.
