I have considered replacing my original fans from deepcool on my AIO, since they are a bit noisy sometimes. They are currently plugged into the system fan header, since I only have one CPU-fan header on my mobo. I have considered using the shadow wings 2 120 mm PWM white from bequiet, since they fit into my white theme and have a quite dB rating.

But when I compare the specs I see that:
bequiet shadow wings 2 120 mm PWM white has
airflow of 38,5 CFM
air pressure of 0,82 mmH2O
https://www.bequiet.com/en/casefans/1700

I am currently using a deepcool Captain 240EX white which has:
Airflow of 153 CFM
Air pressure 3,31 mmH2O

Would there be any problems just replacing the fans?

Solution
I wouldn't . Case fans and Static pressure fans are very different. As you can see in the specs, the case fans have much less air pressure, meaning they will not move as much air though the radiator as efficiently.

For Radiators buy static pressure fans

For case fans buy case/high airflow

you should be 100% fine useing case fans as AIO fans, just make sure you check your temps to see if u are happy with them, and it would not hurt to use Good case fans. (CoolerMaster) (Corsair) (Noctua) and Adjust the case Fan speed with the Speed Fan software.

It really depends on:
-what you're currently cooling
-whether or not you're overclocking
-the AIO's orientation: intake or exhaust
-how efficient your case's airflow is
-the AIO's location in the case

richiestang_78 and SamirD are correct in that you will sacrifice cooling efficiency by replacing those fans with the ones you have in mind. Those will not be able to move air through the rad as well as the stock fans.
The fans are one of the most important parts of the cooler.

Intel core i5 7600K
Avg. temp is about 30 C idle
No overclocking
Its an intake in the front of the case
Two intake at the front, and a 140 mm exhaust in the top and a 120 mm exhaust in the back
