At the moment i have this ram CMK8GX4M2B3000C15 and would like to add anothe 8gb(2x4) but i couldn't find it anymore because there is this new version CMK8GX4M2C3000C16 and i would like to know if they can work together and if i will have to adjust timing or other things. thx.

Solution
Which motherboard and CPU are you using?

This cannot be answered with a clear yes or no. Theoretically it should work, but the new sticks would increas the timings (lower speed) of your current sticks.

Eventually you can get this kit used.

Best thing to do would be getting a 2x8GB dual channel kit, which is listed in the compatibility list of your motherboard and sell your current sticks.
eventually this one:

The motherboard is a msi z270 pro carbon and the cpu is a i5 7600k.
I thought about selling the old sticks and get a 2x8 kit but i'm on a tight budget so i was looking for a pair of the old sitcks used but i couldn't find it.
I also would like to not slow down my current ram with the c16 ram so i'll probably wait for a c15 pair used like the one i have right now, but i'm open to suggestions.

Solved by waiting and buying the same sticks used, although they were a newer version so they had different timings for some reason, even though they were both cl15 at 3000Mhz. I got them working fine.
