Question can i use zootac gtx1060 3gb on my ddr3 motherboard and core i3 540 proccessor

my pc motherboard is asrock h55m-le and its rocking with core i3 540 processor.should i use the zootac gtx1060 3gb gpu or rather what should i chosse . and i am using 2x4 =8 gb ddr3 ram...btw this is my first question in this commiunity hope i will learn many things.thanks

You could use that. But keep in mind that that cpu is hot trash, so I would upgrade that instead. Grab an R3 2200G for 80$, and get a cheap B350/450 Mobo with it. That would also require a RAM upgrade, which would bring the total to about 300$ for 8gb RAM+CPU+Mobo, or about the price of that GPU. Those upgrades would bring your performance up substantially.

Your cpu is way too old for that gpu, get a better one, doesn't have to be high end, get a 4th generation i5 and a compatible motherboard and you can still use that ram.
