can you please suggest a low price and a low power DDR3 1GB NVIDIA card which can support three monitors simultaneously with identical Display Resolution of 1920 x 1080 at least .

There is no any single PCI DDR3 Graphic card which provides three monitor configuration with single one card so you'll must go for SLI(multiple GPU technology from nvidia) for multi Monitor configuration.

Well a least price DDR3 Card from nVidia which provides you multi-monitor option is
GeForce 9500 GT.

That's not entirely true, whilst they are not DDR3 there are at least two Nvidia cards that can run three monitors at once but I think they are out of the OP's price range.
