Can my Cpu bottleneck a GTX 950

I'm using a Phenom 9600 Quad Core 2.3 Ghz, and I'm looking forward to buy a GTX 950 2Gb. I want to know if my Cpu will bottleneck this card by much.

I think it will bottleneck but I dont know how much , but even if it does , dont waste your money on lower than GTX 950 today ... you can find 129$ new, around 75$ on ebay ... you will get HDMI 2.0 with it too , not found on other lower cards.
