I have a laptop toshipa with intel(R)genune 1,60ghz 1gb ram,graphic card Mobile intel(R) 945gm express family 128mb.Can my PC run cod mw 4 with out any problem?

I have a friend that plays the game with
2.6Ghz P4
768MB with XP
Gefofrce 6600

And it Lags so much you are not able to play!
