Hi,

My PSU fan is running at 100% and fluctuates like crazy. The past month my PC freezes and I have to hard boot it. I had posted a thread about this and was told the PSU needs to be replaced.

Here is my system
Intel i9 9900k
RTX 2070
Rog Maximus XI Hero
Ultra X3 1000W ATX Power Supply <-----Possible culprit

Can anyone please read my dump file and find out why I had BSOD which I haven't had for many years? This is kind of freaking me out. I've never had a BSOD in windows 10 Pro. I ordered a PSU which will be on it's way tomorrow. I want to make sure that it's the actual issue. If not, I'd like to save that money and purchase what I need to fix this computer. I feel so uncomfortable sitting on it.

People still use winamp? were you playing music off storage or CD? only ask as this isn't new and isn't a win 10 driver
Oct 17 2011PxHlpa64.sysSonic CD/DVD driver

that crash is lacking a lot of details I would use to explain what was happening.

A bad PSU can always be cause so i would replace it with a better known brand at some stage.

Hi, I ran the dump file through the debugger and got the following information: https://jsfiddle.net/of1kmh5a/show This link is for anyone wanting to help. You do not have to view it. It is safe to "run the fiddle" as the page asks.
File information:110320-92703-01.dmp (Nov 3 2020 - 03:47:20)
Bugcheck:UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP (7F)
Probably caused by:memory_corruption (Process: winamp.exe)
Uptime:0 Day(s), 1 Hour(s), 56 Min(s), and 14 Sec(s)
Comment: The overclocking driver "NTIOLib_X64.sys" was found on your system. (MSI Afterburner or other MSI software)

Possible Motherboard page: https://rog.asus.com/us/motherboards/rog-maximus/rog-maximus-xi-hero-wi-fi-model/

This information can be used by others to help you. Someone else will post with more information. Please wait for additional answers. Good luck.
