Can someone tell me the differences between theses Intel socket 1151 CPUs. a Xeon E3-1220 v5 (Skylake), a Xeon E3-1220 v6 (Kaby Lake), and a Core i5-7400 (Kaby Lake).

Regarding performance, power consumption, heat, etc.

both xeons have higher power consumption than the i5 7400, the i5 7400 would outperform both xeons. Temps depend on the cooler.

Can someone tell me the differences between theses Intel socket 1151 CPUs.

For simplicity there all the same. Same 3 GHz Base / 3.5 Turbo GHz clocks the only difference is Xeon's have 2 Mb more smart cache TDP's 65 / 72 / 80.

It`s not for gaming. It`s for online meetings and Microsoft office .

They're fairly close to one another in single thread and cpu mark ratings, to probably be unnoticeable for that application.
