Question Can this card run VR

I know it’s not the best card for VR at all, but I want to know if it CAN. Obviously all games would have to be at low settings and probably not a full 60fps but could it still run games like Pavlov or VR chat at a good rate. My friend really wants VR, me and my roommate both just got it, so now he would like it. He’ll upgrade eventually, but he rather buy the set and upgrade later than upgrade then buy it later.

You really wouldn't cut it with this. Firstly, VR requires a stable, high framerate otherwise the user will feel nauseated in a few minutes of gameplay, and low settings will not help with this either. A GTX 1070 is recommended for 1080p VR, minimum would be a 1060, maybe 1050 Ti if you're on a really tight budget, but a 950 is really not going to cut it.
