[SOLVED] Can you OC with colorful ab350m-k pro v14

Oc r3 3200g and an 8gb 2400mhz, will add another 8gb soon, and also I only have 1 fan exempting cpu fan, idk if it's ok to let the system be overclocked forever, I play kind of 8hrs a day maximum, i better not oc if so that it will damage the system overtime

Ok, now I found the only b350 mobo online, which is colorful ab350m pro v14, would that be able to oc?

Ah I see you edited your post. You can overclock on any B350 motherboard.
