Hi All,

So I went to CC last week and bought a bunch of computer hardware for a new build with a receipt total of $1600. I also went the day after swapped a 9700K for a 9900K bought more RAM and new speakers. Receipt total came to 415, now that I look at it. Now somewhere in the mix, they included a refund for my Kraken X62 which I purchased in the $1600 receipt. Now they called me and asked to return to the store to have me pay for X62. Still doesn't make sense to me as the difference between the 9700 & 9900 was $139, the RAM was $132.99, the speakers were $144.00, and the thermal paste was $10. After-tax this comes to about $482. My bill was $415 after tax. If the Kraken ($209 plus tax) was refunded my bill should have been closer to $200 right? What should I do?

they charge 3 times, should be 2.

that would make the pre tax come down closed to $230, which do look like they refund the Kraken

update. the 1st ram and 2nd ram line have the same serial#, so that probably the mistake

It's just a confusing mess all together lol. I will go in and clear it up. If they ask me to pay more I will ask how they will compensate for my time wasted.
