Hello,
As the title describes I am having an issue where I cannot connect to my router's IP nor my printer's IP with my windows 10 desktop however I can connect with my laptop. The desktop can connect to the internet, only the IPs are blocked from accessing the. I was using BitDefender and disabled it with no luck so I removed it to be safe and I still cannot access the IPs. Any ideas on what this could be?
I'm stumped as I have full access to all websites, software that uses internet. ipconfig /all looks normal however if I ping my router I receive General Failure for both. I was able to ping 8.8.8.8 as a test.
Anything is appreciated, as I can access everything on my laptop I'm good for managing both devices but I'd like to know what the issue is in case it ever happens on my laptop as well.
