Cannot find 'X3DAudio1_7.dll'. Please, re-install this application

Hi i'm literally pulling my hair out because of this error http://prntscr.com/hgz1hx. I have been trying to launch PUBG all day and this happens. I put together my new PC just yesterday, I installed all the available updates recommended by windows update. I'v also installed DirectX updates and all the different necessary packages. I have tried manually switching the .dll, updating the directX again, opening pubg local files and installing directx from there, NOTHING WORKS. I reinstalled the game thousands of times same thing everytime. Restarting PC doesn't work either. I have no more updates to be installed from windows update. I'm about to crack someone please help me

seen one on there that he did install game on second drive and solve is issue .

@scout_03 I reinstalled windows and everything works perfect now, possibly my windows install was corrupted or something. Thanks a lot for taking your time to help me out!

it could be some site where telling about registery corruption .
