I just got a new motherboard and promptly replace the old one with it. I want to do a fresh install of Windows so I inserted my disc and restarted the system. Usually I get an option that says "press any key to boot from disc". I no longer have the option. Plus when its starting up, I click "delete" to get into BIOS just as the screen says to, and no response. Does this mean I will have to reinstall the old motherboard and reinstall Windows beforehand?

The new Board does not have the optical drive set as the first boot device in BIOS by default therefore you need to enter BIOS. Did you make all connections correctly? Are you using an USB keyboard and are you sure it is working? I have had issues in the past having to use PS2 keyboard on first start up with Gigabyte motherboards!
