Question Cannot POST after doing a windows 10 reset

Am using a i5-7400 paired with a gtx 1060. Motherboard is a gigabyte h110m-s2h. Corsair vengeance ddr4 16gb ram. Integrator 500w 80plus bronze psu.

I have not touched any of the hardware since the system was running fine before I did the reset. All I have done was follow steps to resetting CMOS. It's just after the initial reset process finished, my monitor went completely blank and said "no signal input detected" from my pc. All seems to be working internally. Fans on the case, CPU cooler and GPU are spinning. It's just that no signal is being put to the monitor and the USB accessories like my mouse and keyboard are not working

Resetting CMOS would set the defualt GPU to the integrated so connect your display to the motherboard ports so you can go back into the bios and set GPU to initialize first to PCIE or PEG

I have done that yes but there still remains no signal to my monitor
