i got a second monitor for my new PC and it didn't work then i noticed that my motherboard's HDMI and VGA ports are not working so i went to Integrated Graphics Configuration in BIOS
and changed Initiate Graphic Adapter from PEG to IGD then whenever i start my PC it gives me black screen until windows starts and if i keep pressing delete at the black screen it will get stuck in the black screen that means it is already in the BIOS but i can't see what is happening there and i have to reset my PC manually to get out of it. My 2 monitors are connected that means neither of them is working at the startup and still only one of them is working when the windows starts(the one connected to the graphic card).

Solution
After clearing the CMOS, I suggest connecting both monitors to the graphics card, HDMI to HDMI and DVI to HDMI.
If still wishing to use the onboard, is there a Multi-monitor option for Initiate Graphic Adapter in BIOS?
What motherboard, graphics card and what input ports available on monitors? If clearing the CMOS, the BIOS will revert to default settings.

For both monitors HDMI and VGA are available
System Model: H310 Gaming Infinite (MS-B915
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-9400F CPU @ 2.90GHz, 2904 Mhz, 6 Core(s), 6 Logical Processor(s)
Graphic card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060
i will try to clear my CMOS

Ye there is Initiate Graphic Adapter in BIOS but still the second monitor isn't working.
i will just connect both of the monitors to the graphic card.
thank you very much for you help
