Trying to install Windows 10 on new SSD from a bootable USB. My Bios is not picking up the USB?

My bios is Award Bios F2 on the Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 rev6.0 motherboard

I've been able to boot from this USB before, using this same setup but installing Windows to my previous hard drive. I've checked the USB is working and bootable using MobaLiveCD and have tried all the boot options on the bios. I've even tried flashing the bios but its already up to date. Can someone please help?

I've tried both 2.0 and 3.0 USB connections
The Windows 10 USB I'm using is the one Microsoft sells packaged for new builds
On startup I'm getting disk boot failure message
