can't connet to VPN server even after SP2

Hi there,
Even after intalled SP2, I still have the problem with
VPN client. The connecttion just lasted up to 20 seconds,
the log is as follows:

Cisco Systems VPN Client Version 4.0.5 (Rel)
Copyright (C) 1998-2003 Cisco Systems, Inc. All Rights
Reserved.
Client Type(s): Windows, WinNT
Running on: 5.1.2600 Service Pack 2

Adapter address changed from 192.168.221.46. Current
address(es): 127.0.0.1.

Error with call to IpHlpApi.DLL: DeleteIpForwardEntry,
error 87
