[SOLVED] Can't delete application file?

Hello all;

I was going through my program files and doing general cleanup, and I've come across something I can't get rid of. It's one folder, one application. When I go to delete it, it gives this message:

Ok, cool. Opened task manager, went to services (not running under processes) and boom, there it is, albeit buried. I go to end the process, aannnd..

The hell? I'm admin, and the only account on this computer. Absolutely no one else uses this comp but me. Solutions??? I find it insane that some coupon printing garbage I downloaded YEARS ago is refusing to leave my computer. Also, yes, I remember downloading this, it didn't pop up out of no where.

try it in safe mode

open "services" and stop the service.
