Recently one of my ram sticks failed so i removed it and put in a working one to boot the system. It would give me one beep with no signal . I reset the CMOS battery to try and get it to boot up it did . Then when I was normally browsing my pc suddenly stopped working and it was stuck i couldn't do anything then it started beeping 5 times. When I restart it works fine for about 30 min and after that it again suddenly stops working and beeps 5 times . I'm not able to figure out what the issue could be? ( I have an asrock Mobo )

So you changed only one of RAM sticks ? That could be a problem because they are never fully matched unless coming from same kit.
If you are using only one test that one too and make sure it's in proper slot as per MB manual. I's usually A2 or B2.

I only have one RAM stick inserted currently. I have inserted it in every slot and tried to troubleshoot it still nothing. It turns on and then after 5 mins freezes and goes black . After black screening my monitor searches for a source but can't find one and beeps 5 times

( sorry for the long paragraph and bad English. Also am a bit new at pc stuff)
So recently my pc froze and showed me no signal with 5 beeps. I tried reseating everything but still no luck. So i removed my cpu as the last attempt and saw some black marks on the cpu pins(weren't burn marks) . So i cleaned them carefully with isopropyl alcohol, a toothbrush and a toothpick . After cleaning i realised that a bit of the gold plating had faded . When I put it back and tried to turn on my pc it just turns on with fans spinning but shows me no display and also doesn't give me any beep codes . I tried removing ram and GPU to get beeps but still nothing. Did i completely ruin my cpu or is it something else?
Am i missing something?
I'll attach a picture of the black marks on the cpu pins. Idk how they appeared or what they areThe cpu pic

So I tried this and nothing my pc just doesn't boot , the fans and RGB turn on but after that nothing. I don't even get the POST beep nor some error beep . Even when I tried to boot it to usb still nothing just shows me no signal
Did you clear CMOS? Taking out CMOS battery, shorting two pins, then reinsert battery and reboot. You don't need to get into the bios to do this..

The cpu pic
Clearly bent or missing cpu pins.
They need to be straightened (if not already broken off).
And you have to somehow scrape off that black goo from pins.

No those are not bent or missing pins Ryzen 5 3500 has those gaps already in all the CPUs.
And i have tried to scrape off the black stuff but some of it is just unreachable
