can't find wireless device on myn laptop.

i have LG X170.-L.AG7VE1 and i restore it to factory setting yesterday. after finishing the restor, i can't find wireless n wireless device on my laptop. i tried in task bar, device management, network setting, tried switch on/off the device, restarting the laptop, even restore it to factory setting again, but i can't find the wireless device and network. and i can't find even the ethernet connection on device manager unless i plugin the ethernet cable. Bluetooth is seen and working......please help

Did you download any drivers for wireless connection? You can download the latest drivers from LG's website HERE and then scroll down to Wireless LAN.
