[SOLVED] Can't get in to the BIOS because screen remains black until Windows sign-in page appears ?

Hey all.

I have a issue. I installed a new Liquid cooler and I cannot get into my bios to open. When I start the screen its black and my display port says it's not picking up a signal until a few seconds before my Windows sign-in page pops up. The computer works fine, I just can't get in to the bios. Help please.

It was not. For some reason when my friend put my Display port back in. He plugged it directly into my motherboard and not my GPU.
