Yesterday, I my PC froze after a long game of MHW. I tried restarting it to fix it, and it was working until it reached the BIOS screen. That is as far as my computer will go, and my keyboard wont turn on to go into the BIOS.

I tried reseating the RAM, clearing the CMOS, and cleaning my PC to no avail. Any suggestions?

My specs:
-AMD FX 8350 4 GHz 8 Core
-ASUS M5A78L-M PLUS/USB3
-2x Micron 8 GB Memory DDR3-1600 Memory
-Zotac GeForce GTX 1070 Ti 8GB
-Toshiba P300 3TB HDD
-Corsair CXM 450W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX
-Windows 10 Home

P.S. Dont roast my build, I know its bad, planning on upgrading at a later date.

The only thing I'd roast you on is that you are using a 450 watt budget PSU with a high power draw GPU and CPU. You are running that computer close to its maximum power rating which is not a good for the components nor really a safe thing to do.

Now getting to your original question, seeing as you have video output its not a GPU issue. As far as navigating in the BIOS first try plugging your keyboard into a different motherboard USB port (usually its the top left), if that fails then you will likely need to try a USB to PS/2 adapter like this https://www.amazon.com/Oxsubor-PS2-USB-Female-Converter/dp/B01N5MYE72 or possibly a cheap PS/2 keyboard.

After you get into your BIOS check to see if your boot drive is actually showing up.

So I got my old keyboard which can turn on perfectly fine, but the computer still remains on the motherboard screen. What should I do?
