I recently bought new parts, but I can't get them to work properly.
The Rig:
MB: Asus ROG Crosshair Hero VIII Wi-Fi
CPU: AMD 5900X
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws - 2x32GB 4000MHz CL18
PSU: Be Quiet! Dark Power Pro 1000W
So the problem is that when I enter the BIOS and load the D.O.C.P the computer becomes unstable. I only managed to start the system with the D.O.C.P twice out of at least 20 times. What I did is I lowered the memory down to 3800MHz instead of 4000 and the FCLK accordingly to 1900 MHz. The thing is that there are so many options for overclocking this thing that I have no idea what to do to make it run as it says on the box. So any pro advice is welcome! How do I make this thing work, be stable, compliant with infinity fabric and everything else? These parts should be capable of achieving something good, right?
